All that is needed is a little elbow grease. 7' high at eaves, 12' high at peak Must be set up on grass. There are stakes that extend from the tent perimeter out 5' on all sides, will required 30x40 space for install Designed only for sunshade and light drizzle. There is a charge for tents not returned in their bags or returned wet.
